Our core business is the provision of psychometric testing for recruitment, personnel development and career guidance.  As part of this service, we also organise and administer Assessment Centres with testing as a key element.  Psychometric testing can provide information on a candidate rapidly and reliably - abilities, personality characteristics, likely sources of motivation, probable team roles and many other characteristics.  The results can then help to clarify ability levels and can also direct interviewing expertise towards potentially significant aspects of personality.

Research shows that, in comparison with selection by normal interviewing techniques, the use of supporting psychometric testing can significantly improve the match between the individual and the job.  Where testing is used as part of an appropriately designed and administered Assessment Centre these benefits can be further enhanced.
