Career guidanceMorrish Personnel Assessment offers a career guidance service for young people (from age 14) and adults of all ages. Both services are based on a thorough and in depth assessment of an individual’s ability, interests, personal style and qualifications. Normally, the assessments used for career guidance for young people and adults are different, although the main psychometric test we use - the Morrisby Profile - is common to both. The Morrisby Profile is an integrated series of tests designed to provide an objective and very comprehensive assessment of an individual's type of aptitude, personal style, potential and working style. It is particularly helpful when used in the context of career guidance as the tests are not dependent on learned skills or academic achievements. They clearly indicate potential, together with type of ability and underlying strengths and limitations. This information is invaluable when considering career change or development.
