Career guidance for adults

Developing a career path in a new direction – for whatever reason – involves vitally important decisions.  Faced with a tough economic environment, it is important that a new direction should be successful.  And if the change has been enforced, the whole experience could be traumatic.

The best place to start is typically an analytical and objective review of the skills, experience and knowledge that an individual can contribute, as well as identifying what is needed from a career to give longer term satisfaction.

An adult career guidance or career development programme is based on individual needs and requirements.  The self-knowledge resulting from an assessment programme leads to increased confidence and the ability to identify and target suitable opportunities.  This can provide the vital information that makes the difference between success and failure in taking the next step.
