Ability tests

There is a wide range of ability tests available which cover aspects such as:

• reasoning and understanding

• verbal & numeric critical reasoning

• practical aptitude

• mechanical understanding

• computer aptitude

• speed and accuracy

• manual dexterity

There are different tests for the various levels of ability required within an organisation, as well as the different types of ability.  For example, speed and accuracy tests may be most suited to administrative staff in an accounts department, but high power critical reasoning and numeric ability tests would be more relevant to a finance director.
